The Plunge: Gratitude
Welcome to The Plunge, your daily dive into Christian Wellness! Today’s wellness tip focuses on gratitude journaling. Write down three things you are grateful for each evening. Reflect on the positive aspects of your day.
Research has shown that gratitude journaling can enhance mental well-being and emotional resilience (Emmons & McCullough, 2003)1.
1 Thessalonians 5:18 says, "Give thanks in all circumstances; for this is God’s will for you in Christ Jesus."
This verse reminds us to maintain a grateful heart in all situations.
Tonight, take a few moments to write down three things you are grateful for and see how it transforms your outlook. And until next time, engage, adapt, and overcome.
In Christ,
